I figured I would share some of my favorite local spots, places I hope to visit with my family over the holiday or in 2021:
ABBQ
This is our favorite place to go when dining out as a family. It’s a great local barbecue spot in Atlantic Beach and the kids love the outdoor space.
Whit’s Frozen Custard
Did you know frozen custard/ice cream tastes great even when it’s chilly outside? Eating an ice cream cone is like a mini-vacation and this Jacksonville spot offers just the right getaway.
Taverna
This is our favorite place for “date night.” It has great food and ambience and will always have great memories for us.
The Mini Bar Donuts
My kids go absolutely nuts for this place with the outdoor courtyard and oversized chalk board.
LA Fitness
This is the gym I go to at the beaches when I need to blow off steam and get fit.
